Joining this exciting raffle is simple, and your participation directly supports our mission to help foster children in Grayson County.

Donate to Enter:

For every $10 donated, earn one entry into the raffle.

Boost your chances with bulk entries: 15 entries for $100, or 40 entries for $200!

Apply to Adopt a Foster Family:

For those wanting to make a lasting impact, apply to our Adopt a Foster Family program.

Each legitimate application is rewarded with 5 entries into the raffle.

Your support will make ALL the difference for each child and family who relies on our programs!
The Raffle Starts November 17th, 2023.
** UPDATE** The Raffle deadline is extending to January the 4th, 2024
All current entries that have been submitted will have one additional ticket added to their name (as of this. notice on December 19th, 2023)

Here are The Terms and Conditions!
1. Eligibility:

Participants must be legal residents of Texas, USA.

Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and immediate family members of Grayson County Child Welfare Board are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements:

Entries can be made by donating to Grayson County Child Welfare Board or by applying to the Adopt a Foster Family program.

For every $10 donated, participants will receive one raffle entry.

Bulk entries: 15 entries for $100, 40 entries for $200.

Each legitimate application to Adopt a Foster Family earns 5 entries.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment does not increase the chances of winning.
3. Drawing:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing will take place on December 21, 2023.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within five business days of the drawing.
4. Prize:
-
The Family Fun Basket is valued at over $250 and includes game night and movie night experiences, among other items.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
5. Terms and Conditions:

Grayson County Child Welfare Board reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the raffle. Dates may be extended with notice shared on this page.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the Board, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
6. Liability:

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Grayson County Child Welfare Board, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such participant’s participation in the raffle and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.
7. Privacy:

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Grayson County Child Welfare Board website.
