Starting September 5th at 9:00AM CT Closing at September 30:
Bring out your inner artist in our T-Shirt Design Contest for a chance to win up to a family fun day valued up to $250* and other prizes!
In celebration of the upcoming November Adoption month and our Fun Run, the Grayson County Child Welfare Board is throwing a T-Shirt contest open to all kids in Grayson County.
Colors of Connection: Celebrating Family and Adoption!
Draw what families being together means to you. You can get creative! The picture must fit within an 8.5” x 11” sheet of Paper.

Final designs should have a clear picture or scan taken of them, and then emailed to graysoncountycontest@gmail.com with the subject line including Child's Name and their submission attached.
Children from Grayson County up to 17 years old may enter (Must live within Grayson County during this contest - One entry per applicant.)
The winner will get a family fun evening worth up to $150 plus 2 t-shirts with their design on it!
The contest will start on September 4 at 9AM CT and final submissions must be submitted to the address above by September 30th at 11:59 PM CT!
The Board will review and pick winners - the winner will be announced On October 15th. The winning shirt design will be printed and help raise funds for foster kids and families in Grayson County! Bring your inner artist and submit your designs! We look forward to seeing what you got!
Contest Rules 1. Eligibility:

The "Draw Families Together Shirt Contest" is open to children residing in Grayson County, Texas, up to 17 years old at the time of entry.

Participants must be current residents of Grayson County during the duration of the contest.
2. Entry Requirements:

Each participant may submit only one entry.

Entries must depict the theme of "What families being together means to you" and should be the original work of the child.

All entries must fit within an 8.5” x 11” sheet of paper.

Entries can be created using any artistic medium, including but not limited to drawings, paintings, or digital designs.

Entries should be scanned or photographed for submission.

Submissions must be emailed to graysoncountycontest@gmail.com with the subject line including the Child's Name and their submission attached. Written descriptions of the photo are optional but encouraged.
3. Contest Timeline:

The contest will commence on September 4th at 9:00 AM CT.

Final submissions must be emailed to graysoncountycontest@gmail.com by September 30th at 11:59 PM CT.

Late entries will not be considered.
4. Prize:

The winner of the contest will receive a family fun evening package valued at up to $250* (prize cannot be exchanged for dollar value - value is an estimate based on services that will be provided by local businesses and/or restaurants)

The winner will also receive two t-shirts featuring their winning design.

The winning design will be featured on T-Shirts to raise funds for foster kids and families in Grayson County by the Grayson County Welfare Board.
5. Winner Announcement:

The Grayson County Child Welfare Board will review all entries and select the contest winner.

The winning entry will be announced on October 15th via email and on the Grayson County Child Welfare Board's official social media channels.
6. Use of Design:

By entering the contest, participants agree to grant the Grayson County Child Welfare Board full permission to use the winning design for the purpose of collecting donations.

The winning design may be featured on promotional materials, including t-shirts and other merchandise, to support foster kids and families in Grayson County.
